Marvin is a hospitality architect specializing in the full life-cycle of hotel and resort development—from concept visioning and master planning to detailed design coordination and on-site delivery. With over a decade of experience across the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, the Maldives, and Guam, he brings a deep understanding of regional culture, climate, and market dynamics to every project. His portfolio spans ultra-luxury island retreats, five-star urban towers, and low-impact eco-resorts. Marvin works closely with owners, operators, and consultants to align design ambition with operational efficiency, brand standards, and sustainability goals. Every detail—from spatial flow and lighting to materials and landscape—is crafted to harmonize with local context and environmental stewardship. Marvin is known for pioneering the concept of “Luxury Space with Nature.” By integrating biophilic design, regenerative landscapes, and low-carbon technologies, he transforms nature into a central element of the luxury experience. His destinations inspire guests, preserve ecosystems, and deliver enduring value to investors and communities alike.

Carlwin Martirez is an architect and urbanist with two decades of experience in human-centred, health-driven environments across Asia-Pacific. He collaborates with LAKADA Design Atelier on selected projects, bringing strategic insight to guide wellness-focused developments from concept to delivery.
